Master Distiller Jimmy Russell and his son Eddie have shaped the Wild Turkey house style over more than seven decades: a higher rye content mashbill, warehouse aging on a limestone bluff above the Kentucky River, and a philosophy of minimal intervention that lets the bourbon develop its own character.
