About This Location
HQ is where the work happens. The production facility, the rickhouse floor, the barrel pick room — this is the location where NBC won Tennessee Blender of the Year, where James walks groups through single barrel selections, and where the Blend Your Own Whiskey session was born.
It's not a showroom. It's a working distillery that happens to be open to the public. The smell of new oak and aging whiskey hits you when you walk in. The barrels you taste from are the actual barrels — not poured from a bottle, not blended down for presentation. You're in the building where the whiskey is made.
The Single Barrel Experience ($150) and Blend Your Own Whiskey ($200) are the signature experiences here. Both are bookable in advance and include a custom-labeled bottle. Walk-ins are welcome for Whiskey Flights from the Barrel ($35) and the Whiskey & Wine Chocolate Pairing ($40).
